Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to support the implementation, management, and daily operations of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role is ideal for Freshers or candidates with up to 2–3 years of experience who are eager to build a career in marketing, customer engagement, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and share basic reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
  • Support the automation of routine tasks to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Having good knowledge of MS OFFICE & Excel
  • Proficiency in English (verbal & written communication )
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹38,000.00 per month
