Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website & Landing Pages:

Write and manage website content, product descriptions, landing page copy, and SEO-friendly content.
- Performance Marketing:

Create compelling ad headlines, primary texts, and ad scripts that drive conversions across Meta, Google, and other ad platforms.
- Retention & CRM:

Draft persuasive and engaging content for email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns, optimized for clicks and conversions.
- Marketplaces:

Manage and optimize product listings, A+ content, banners, and creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.
- Campaigns & Sales:

Deliver strong copy for promotions, sales campaigns, festive launches, and influencer collabs.
- Consistency & Governance:

Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, positioning, and guidelines across channels.
- Cross-team Collaboration:

Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to develop content strategies that meet business goals.
- Research & Insights:

Continuously monitor trends, competitor activity, and performance data to refine messaging.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in content strategy, copywriting, or content management (D2C / FMCG brand experience preferred).

  • Strong portfolio of ad copy, digital campaigns, or branded content.

  • Excellent command over English and Hindi (bonus if you can handle Hinglish naturally).

  • Ability to simplify complex ideas into crisp, impactful messaging.

  • Familiarity with SEO, digital advertising formats, and marketplace content standards.

  • Strong project management and attention to detail.

Immediate joiners or the candidates serving their notice period are preferred.
