We are seeking a passionate Java Full Stack Developer to join our team in the BFSI sector. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop front-end and back-end applications, integrating APIs and new services to enhance functionality.
• Analyze requirements and contribute to designing new applications or application features, ensuring code quality with unit tests and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly, enhance maintenance activities, and improve system performance.
• Debug production issues, correct defects, and ensure smooth application operations.
• Participate in team ceremonies, share knowledge, and support collective growth and learning.
• Support cross-team interactions to accelerate problem resolution and deliverables.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong foundation in web technologies, database management, and client/server architecture.
• Proficient in Java, Angular, SQL, with experience in Spring Boot and GitLab.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, such as Oracle DB, MongoDB, Kafka, and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures and ability to design scalable solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to design IT solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across teams.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications like PMP, AWS, or other cloud-related certifications are a plus.
