Key Responsibilities:

1. Paid Advertising Management (Facebook Ads & Google Ads):

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, create, and manage effective Facebook and Google Ads campaigns from start to finish. This includes audience research, ad copy creation, creative ideation, and bid management.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure optimal return on ad spend (ROAS) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Performance Analysis: Continuously analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization, such as A/B testing ad creative, refining targeting, and adjusting bidding strategies.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • On-Page & Off-Page SEO: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify new opportunities. Optimize website content, including meta descriptions, title tags, and headers, to improve organic search rankings.
  • Technical SEO: Work with the web development team to address technical SEO issues (e.g., site speed, crawlability, mobile-friendliness, structured data).
  • Link Building: Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase the website's domain authority and organic visibility.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink profiles.

3. General Digital Marketing:

  • Cross-Channel Strategy: Develop an integrated digital marketing strategy that leverages all channels to achieve business goals.
  • Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics to track user behavior, analyze marketing funnel performance, and generate actionable insights.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, as well as monitor competitor strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (e.g., content, design, sales) to ensure a cohesive and effective digital marketing strategy.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Paid Advertising:
  • Demonstrable experience in managing successful Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns (certifications like Facebook Blueprint are a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, and Video campaigns) and a strong understanding of Google Analytics (certifications like Google Ads or Google Analytics are highly desirable).
  • SEO:
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data from various platforms.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Soft Skills:
