About the job:

Key responsibilities:

A. Creative Design & Visual Development:
1. Conceptualize and design creative visuals for digital and print media.
2. Develop layouts, illustrations, and branding materials that communicate messages effectively.

B. Brand Identity & Consistency:
1. Maintain brand guidelines across all designs to ensure a consistent visual identity.
2. Create logos, icons, and templates as needed to support company branding.

C. Marketing & Social Media Support:
1. Design engaging graphics for social media, advertisements, email campaigns, and websites.
2. Work closely with the marketing team to develop visuals that align with campaign goals.

D. Content Visualization:
1. Translate ideas, concepts, and data into visually appealing infographics and layouts.
2. Enhance photos, graphics, and illustrations to improve communication impact.

E. Collaboration & Teamwork:
1. Work with content writers, marketers, and developers to deliver cohesive creative output.
2. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.

F. Project & File Management:
1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
2. Maintain organized design files, assets, and version control.

G. Trend Awareness & Innovation:
1. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
2. Continuously explore new styles and creative techniques.

Other Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

2. 0–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or digital marketing.

Freshers with a strong design portfolio are also encouraged to apply.

3. Basic understanding of video editing or motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) is an added advantage.

Knowledge of layout design, typography, and color theory.

4. Good understanding of audience behavior and visual communication trends.
