Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Data Entry Executive
to join our team at our Chennai office. The ideal candidate should have

2–4 years of hands-on experience in data entry operations and strong expertise in Microsoft Excel. This is an immediate joining requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in the company's systems and databases.
  • Manage and verify large volumes of data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Generate and update reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist teams with data-related tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in data and ensure accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a Data Entry Executive or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
