What you will do In this role, you will be part of product development team to manage & deliver new product functionalities, modify existing products' functionalities or verify product functionalities as required. You will work within a multi-disciplined engineering team consisting of electronics engineers, firmware engineers, software engineers, programmers and scientists focusing on applied research and new technology innovations to technically able to work on software & system testing to deliver the desired results How you will do it You should be hands-on working closely with your peers in software development, testing, and Architects in the company to deliver best of breed solutions with your technical expertise. You will be responsible for below critical functions in helping us design leading products
• Understand and conduct detailed requirement analysis for SW/product or software requirements
• Ensures clear understanding of the acceptance criteria and the functional requirements before coding
• Develops the code in accordance with the detailed design and satisfies the functional requirements
• Runs the Unit Test for the code and tracks the defects to closure
• Adheres to the coding standards and guidelines
• Provides feedback on effort estimation to the Project manager and stakeholders
• Report project status, concerns and risks within the project lead/managers
• Participate in Team discussions and provide the required updates on-time What we look for \ Primary Competencies
• BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA
• 4-8 years of work experience

• Proficiency with GitHub for version control Secondary Competencies
• Experience in writing SW requirements, SW design and other documentation Worked with software development within the following areas: 1. Control systems, e.g., HVAC 2. Industrial automation
• Experience with OpenWRT firmware development

• c#/ruby SKILLS:
• Should have a good understanding of product development life cycle
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Ability to be a team player and flexible in taking project tasks
• Capacity to work to tight deadlines with high efficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with detail as well as with general assignments
