Job Title: Azure Migration Lead

Location: [Remote/Onsite – specify]

Experience: 5+ years in Azure cloud migrations

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Azure Migration Lead to drive on-premises to Azure cloud migrations. You will lead assessment, planning, and execution using tools like Azure Migrate, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. The role includes technical leadership, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on infrastructure work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Lift & Shift and clean deployment migrations using Azure Migrate.
• Conduct application intake, discovery, and dependency analysis.
• Design and implement migration runbooks, playbooks, and cutover plans.
• Provision Azure infrastructure via Terraform and Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot migration and infrastructure issues.
• Manage migration status, risks, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Work with Entra ID (Azure AD), VMs, VNets, NSGs, firewalls, and monitoring tools.

Required Skills

• Azure Migrate – setup, configuration, troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of Azure IaaS & networking
• Experience with VMware, Windows Server migrations
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• CI/CD pipeline integration (Azure DevOps, GitHub/GitLab)
• Customer-facing experience & migration documentation
• Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS)

Nice to Have

• AWS migration exposure
• Azure certifications (Admin or Architect)

Educational qualification:

B.E/B.Tech/MCA

Experience :

6+ Years
