Job Description:
Role Objective:
To lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Officers to drive business growth in Home Loan and Loan Against Property segments, ensuring achievement of sales targets, portfolio quality, and compliance standards across assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Sales Achievement
Drive sales of Home Loans and LAP through direct sourcing, connectors, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly disbursement targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop area-specific growth strategies.
Monitor and ensure balanced growth across products (HL vs LAP).
2. Team Management
Recruit, train, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Officers.
Set clear targets, monitor performance, and ensure productivity of the team.
Provide guidance and conduct regular review meetings to enhance sales effectiveness.
3. Channel & Builder Relationship
Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, connectors, and channel partners to generate business leads.
Ensure timely resolution of partner queries and strengthen long-term partnerships.
4. Credit & Portfolio Management
Work closely with the Credit and Operations teams to ensure timely login, sanction, and disbursement of files.
Maintain high-quality sourcing with minimal delinquency and fraud risk.
Monitor portfolio health and ensure early warning signal tracking.
5. Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking
Keep track of competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
Provide feedback to product and policy teams for improvement in processes or offerings.
6. Compliance & Audit
Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and KYC norms.
Maintain zero deviation in audit and operational checks.
Strong understanding of Mortgage Products – HL, LAP, Balance Transfer, Top-up Loans.
Team handling and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Relationship management with channel partners and customers.
Result-oriented with strong business acumen.
