Job Description


• Implement user-stories - coding user stories, unit testing, create high level design / low level design, ensure code-coverage, conduct design and code reviews, create design artifacts.


• Lead a team of developers and guide them to complete their work as required and on time.


• Provide guidance to Junior Team members.


• Actively participate in meetings like SCRUM Team Daily Stand-ups, user-story grooming, sprint planning, retrospective, demos, any other adhoc meetings.


• Coordinating with the BA to plan the sprints.


• Help the team stay in line with CT QMS processes.


• Work closely with the CT Audit teams to understand the details and support with all relevant objective evidence.


• Adheres to Quality Management system & supports the quality audits.


• Attends required management meetings and provided required data, reports.

Mandatory Skill


• 15+ years of experience as a Java Architect.


• Strong proficiency in Java, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming.


• Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).


• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.


• Experience in microservices architecture implementation and design patterns.


• Experience with serverless architecture and Azure Functions.


• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.


• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).


• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).


• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).


• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Good to have


• Prior experience of working with healthcare applications will be an added advantage.


• Experience with integrating Java applications with SAP backend through BAPI connectors.


• Experience with cloud cost management and optimization techniques.
