We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our brand's social presence and digital growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute data-driven social media strategies that strengthen brand identity, enhance engagement, and drive measurable business results. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytics, and leadership — managing content creation, ad campaigns, and community engagement while ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. You will oversee a small team or external partners, coordinate cross-functional projects, and stay ahead of digital trends to keep the brand relevant and competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Create and oversee engaging content across platforms.
  • Run and optimize paid ads for maximum ROI.
  • Track analytics and prepare performance reports.
  • Lead the social media team and ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 1-2 years of social media/digital marketing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms, analytics, and ad tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
