Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementing MEP works for corporate interior fit-out projects.
  • To be able to understand and correlate the MEP GFC drawings with the BOQ. Maintain the Wos, Drawings, and BOQ at the site level for reference all the time
  • Knowledge of MEP services such as PHE, FF, HVAC, FAPA, Security and Surveillance, Networking, etc, and the sequence of works.
  • Continually review the contractors construction schedule during the progress of site works with regard to MEP services and report to the Project Manager on the same
  • Managing project budget including risk allowance. monitor and control changes/variations.
  • Review MEP contractors shop drawings in conjunction with the Structural and Architectural builts to ensure engineering coordination and bring up site issues to the Project Manager.

Closely working with the manufacturers, product development team, and logistics team to ensure a high standard of Execution and Customer Experience.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in executing corporate interior design projects
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently
  • Strong understanding and demonstrated an aptitude for basic project management principles.
  • Extreme attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
