Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video & Graphic Editor who can produce engaging product videos, promotional ads, and high-quality visual assets. The role involves editing raw product footage, designing marketing creatives, and creating visually appealing content that reflects the brand's natural and premium identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and assemble raw product footage into polished product ads, explainer videos, and social media reels.
  • Add motion graphics, animations, subtitles, transitions, and sound effects to enhance video quality.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Website).
  • Work on product demo videos, testimonials, and brand story videos.

Graphic Design

  • Create digital assets such as banners, posters, thumbnails, product mockups, and social media creatives.
  • Design static and carousel ads for Facebook, Instagram, and Google campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent use of brand colors, typography, and style across all creatives.

Content Collaboration

  • Work with the marketing team to plan ad concepts, storyboards, and campaign visuals.
  • Suggest creative ideas to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage project timelines and deliver edits within deadlines.

Required Skills & Tools

Video Editing:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro (Primary)
  • Adobe After Effects (for motion graphics & animations)

Graphic Design:

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Lightroom (for product image enhancement)
  • Canva (for quick social media creatives)

Other Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of color grading, sound mixing, and lighting correction.
  • Understanding of aspect ratios, export settings, and platform-specific requirements.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative storytelling and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
  • Experience in e-commerce, beauty, or health brands is a plus.

Work Setup & Deliverables

  • Must have a portfolio of previous work (video ads, social media creatives, product edits).
  • Ability to work with raw product footage and minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Ayurvedic or wellness product branding is an added advantage.

Compensation

  • Salary: ₹ ₹20000
  • Incentives for high-performing campaigns and creative inputs.

Job Type: Full-time
