We offer fixed income opportunities to retail investors. These opportunities include Corporate Bond, Securitised Debt Instruments (SDIs) and High Yield Fixed Deposits.

Corporate Bonds

Corporate Bonds are financial instruments (or securities) through which companies raise debt from investors. The capital raised is used to achieve business objectives such as starting new projects, scaling existing businesses, or working capital needs. The investors earn up to 14% fixed returns through investments in Corporate Bonds.

Securitized Debt Instruments (SDIs) - LeaseX, InvoiceX, and LoanX

Grip is a pioneer in creating a new fixed income asset class called SDIs. Under SDIs, LeaseX, InvoiceX, and LoanX are Grip's flagship products, which are regulated, rated and listed on the exchange. Individual investors can hold these instruments as demat securities, and earn an attractive risk adjusted reward in fixed income asset class.

Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do:

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of frontend engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
• Technical Ownership: Architect, design, and drive frontend solutions for React (web), (SSR/SEO), and React Native (mobile apps).
• Scalability & Performance: Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and smooth user experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with backend, product, design, and business teams to deliver features aligned with business goals.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, TDD, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for secure authentication, authorization, and data privacy in fintech applications.
• System Design & Architecture: Make key technical decisions, including frontend frameworks, state management, and API integrations.
• Monitoring & Reliability: Ensure frontend reliability through proactive logging, error tracking, and monitoring using New Relic, Sentry, or similar tools.
• Hiring & Growth: Recruit, retain, and upskill top frontend talent to scale the engineering team.

Experience & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• 8+ years of frontend development experience, with 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Deep expertise in React, , and React Native (including hooks, server-side rendering, and static generation).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Redux (or other state management solutions).
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and styled-components.
• Experience with web and mobile performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, etc.).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets for seamless backend integration.
• Experience with build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and responsive design principles.
• Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, and Detox for end-to-end testing.
• Strong experience with Git, GitHub, and version control best practices.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

• Proven experience in managing teams, hiring, and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to break down complex problems and provide scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Strong agile development mindset with experience in Scrum methodologies.
• Passion for building intuitive fintech products with a customer-first approach.

Bonus (Preferred):

• Experience with Monorepos
• Exposure to A/B testing frameworks and data-driven UI/UX optimizations.
• Knowledge of React Native performance optimizations and native module integrations.
• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Prior fintech or startup experience.
