Role Overview:

We are looking for a 
Site Engineer
 to join our growing team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing construction sites, excellent technical knowledge(understanding of drawings, BOQs, BBS, etc) , and the ability to handle both residential and commercial projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with contractors, labor, and project managers for timely execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project timelines.
  • Utilize construction software tools (preferably 
    Powerplay
    ) for planning, reporting, and progress tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Civil Engineering
    .
  • Minimum 
    3 years of experience
     as a site engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Familiarity with 
    construction management software tools
     (Powerplay preferred).
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Must be 
    comfortable working on-site
    .
  • Resident of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
    .
