Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – QA Automation
In this role, you will be responsible for driving automation initiatives across our projects and leading a high-performing team of automation engineers. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to guide and mentor a team while engaging with stakeholders to deliver automation solutions that drive operational excellence. You'll collaborate closely with developers, testers, and project managers to design and implement innovative automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities 

•    Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Selenium for Salesforce applications.

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions.

•    Identify opportunities for automation in existing processes and workflows.

•    Perform automation testing and ensure high-quality deliverables through robust test coverage.

•    Troubleshoot automation issues and maintain documentation, procedures, and processes.

•    Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in test automation and Salesforce technologies.

Qualifications we seek in you 
Minimum Qualifications 

•    Proven experience with Selenium and automation scripting.

•    Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and Agile practices.

•    Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Java).

•    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

•    Ability to work independently and lead automation initiatives.

•    Ability to lead and ideate products and improve features

•    Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git).

•    Relevant years of industry experience. 
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

•    Strong expertise in Automation Tools\:  Selenium, TestNG, JUnit

•    Strong knowledge of version control (e.g. Git)

•    CI/CD & DevOps\: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.

•    Experience in SCRUM or other Agile methodologies.
