Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage daily financial tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and support overall financial operations. The ideal candidate should be familiar with basic accounting principles, GST compliance, and proficient in handling accounting software.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/ M.com ( Accounting)
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain all day-to-day business transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and purchase orders.
- Post daily transactions and keep bank accounts updated.
- Maintain proper filing of all financial documents and records.
- Monitor, record, and review monthly expenses; ensure accurate tracking of all expenditures.
- Prepare monthly GST data and assist in filing GST returns.
- Generate invoices and delivery challans using the company's accounting software.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports.
- Maintain and update stock records on a weekly basis.
Software Skill Required:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
