
HR Executive/HR Intern

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
- Draft and manage offer letters, appointment letters, and HR compliance documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management system.
- Assist in formulating HR policies, performance evaluation processes, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate training sessions, team meetings, and internal communications.
- Support management in HR operations and reporting.
- Contribute ideas for improving HR practices and workplace culture.
Requirements
- Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of HR experience are welcome (internship also available).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and handle responsibilities with maturity.
Preferred Candidate
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
- Should be comfortable with a full-time office role at our Faridabad location.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹21,009.45 per month
