Role Overview:
We're looking for a Full-Time AI / Data Scientist who is passionate about solving real-world problems using AI and data. You'll contribute across the full spectrum of AI development — research, model design, data engineering, and product integration — while collaborating on high-impact projects that directly influence business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy AI/ML solutions using OCR, NLP, and LLMs for automation and analytics.
- Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for production environments.
- Develop data-driven dashboards and tools for internal and client reporting (Streamlit, Plotly, etc.).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into live product systems.
- Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and validation to ensure quality input for models.
- Stay updated on emerging AI frameworks and model architectures to continuously improve performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Python and key ML libraries: pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, OpenCV, PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain, HuggingFace) and OCR frameworks (Tesseract, PaddleOCR, EasyOCR, etc.).
- Experience building data visualization dashboards (Streamlit, Dash, or Power BI).
- Understanding of model deployment and API integration. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment — fast-moving, creative, and ownership-driven.
