Job Description:

Skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our tool room and production line. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in batch quantity production, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise tool room operations, including development, maintenance, and store.

  2. Plan and monitor production schedules based on batch orders.

  3. Coordinate with the design, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth production flow.

  4. Ensure availability of required jigs, fixtures, and tooling for production.

  5. Train and manage tool room and production team members.

  6. Ensure safety protocols and standard operating procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a tool room or production

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
