Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up CNC/VMC machines (tooling, offsets, fixtures) as per job requirements.
  • Operate machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings.
  • Read and interpret 2D mechanical drawings.
  • Perform basic CNC programming/editing when required.
  • Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality.
  • Maintain tools, machines, and workplace cleanliness (5S practices).
  • Troubleshoot issues related to machining, cutting tools, and programs.
  • Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Tool & Die or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum [X] years of experience as a CNC/VMC Setter cum Operator.
  • Knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi or relevant controls).
  • Strong understanding of machining processes and cutting parameters.
  • Ability to read and understand 2D drawings and measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹40,000.00 per month
