- Conducting Yoga Classes: Plan and lead yoga classes for students of different levels, ages, and abilities
- Develop and implement well-structured sequences that include warm-up exercises, asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation
- Providing Instruction: Demonstrate and verbally explain yoga postures and techniques, ensuring students understand correct alignment and safe practices

- Demonstrating Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the studio or yoga center

- Assisting in Workshops and Events: Participate in special workshops, events, or retreats organized by the studio
- Assist in organizing and facilitating these events as needed
- Promoting Yoga and the Studio: Actively participate in promoting the studio or yoga center by engaging with the community and networking with potential students
- Utilize social media and other marketing tools to attract new students
Diet and Nutritionist
Responsibilities
Create meal plans for clients who want to lose weight and weight Gain, add muscle or achieve other nutrition-related goals
Consult with clients on healthy nutrition and dietary choices
Assess patients? and clients? health needs and diet
Evaluate the effects of meal plans and change the plans as needed
Promote better nutrition by speaking to groups about diet, nutrition, and the relationship between good eating habits and preventing or managing specific diseases
Keep up with the latest nutritional science research
Write reports to document patient progress
Author written meal plans for dissemination to members
Manage the consultation calendar for both yourself and our personal trainers
Publish one blog post monthly on nutritional habits and practices for our website.
Qualifications Skills
Bachelor?s Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics preferred
Diploma in diet and nutrition along with exp. Of 2 ? 5 years also considerable.
0-2-year experience as a professional nutritionist
Advanced knowledge of the way nutrition and exercise complement one another during the pursuit of athletic goals
In-depth knowledge of nutritional models
Understanding of diabetic nutrition, a plus
Excellent verbal and presentation skills
