We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst (Quality Analyst) to take on a hybrid role that combines technical business analysis and quality assurance responsibilities for cutting-edge AI-backed products.

This position is ideal for professionals with expertise in managing business requirements and ensuring robust testing strategies.

Please note that working from the customer's office (Kharadi, Pune) is required 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive alignment on requirements
• Define, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements for AI-driven solutions
• Develop and execute detailed testing strategies for AI systems to ensure quality and reliability
• Ensure seamless integration and functionality of Python and LangChain-based AI products
• Support the implementation of Azure testing frameworks to enhance workflow and processes
• Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to track and resolve issues during quality assurance cycles
• Oversee end-to-end testing processes to validate compliance with technical, functional, and business expectations
• Provide feedback to improve automation pipelines and continuous integration efforts
• Maintain project timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders effectively
• Ensure final deliverables meet organizational standards and client specifications

Requirements

• 6-10 years of professional experience, with at least 2-3 years in roles combining both business analysis and quality assurance functions
• Familiarity with Python, LangChain-based AI products, and Azure testing frameworks
• Background in banking or finance with an understanding of industry-specific processes and requirements
• Expertise in documenting business processes and creating clear test cases for complex systems
• Skills in driving collaboration across teams and maintaining focus on end goals
• Competency in problem-solving and decision-making in technical project environments
