Objective:

The objective of this role is to lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of visually compelling and impactful graphic designs that effectively communicate the company's brand, products, and messaging across various platforms and channels

. The desired candidate should have
2–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Graphic Design and Execution

  2. Conceptualize and create innovative graphic designs for a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including branding assets, digital and print collateral, presentations, social media graphics, and advertising campaigns.

  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience, and translate them into visually appealing and effective designs.
  4. Ensure consistency in the application of the company's branding guidelines, style guides, and visual identity across all design projects

2. Project Management

  • Manage the design workflow, prioritize tasks, and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of design projects.
  • Provide guidance and direction to junior designers, reviewing their work, and providing constructive feedback for improvement

3. Creative Direction and Ideation

  • Stay up to date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate the company's visual identity and marketing collateral.
  • Contribute creative ideas and concepts during brainstorming sessions and ideation workshops, collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling visual narratives.
  • Explore new design techniques, tools, and mediums to enhance the company's creative offerings and capabilities

4. Design Software and Technology

  • Proficient in industry-standard design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) to create high-quality digital and print designs.
  • Leverage design automation tools and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain an understanding of emerging design technologies and software, recommending and implementing new solutions as needed

5. Continuous Improvement and Development

  • Working closely with designers, content creators, and other team members to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality websites.
  • Contributing to an efficient and collaborative work environment to foster creativity, innovation, and teamwork.

6. Accountability

  • Sole accountability and responsibility of all assigned task, proper reporting, and communication
