Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned
GenAI Lead
to spearhead AI initiatives focused on generating technical documentation and building advanced intelligent systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
AI, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
, with proven experience in designing and deploying scalable GenAI solutions that interpret code, comprehend natural language, and deliver accurate technical responses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of
    AI models
    for technical documentation generation.
  • Architect and implement
    Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
    pipelines for high-performance semantic search.
  • Drive innovation with
    LLMs and SLMs
    leveraging Transformer architectures.
  • Integrate
    vector databases
    and embedding techniques for advanced semantic retrieval.
  • Oversee
    agent fine-tuning
    and establish benchmarking standards across multiple tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI strategies with business objectives and ensure successful delivery.
  • Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices in GenAI development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years
    of experience in AI/ML, with at least
    3+ years in leadership roles
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    Python
    and version control systems like
    Git
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    LLMs/SLMs
    , Transformer architectures, and fine-tuning techniques.
  • Expertise in
    AI frameworks
    such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
  • Deep knowledge of
    RAG pipelines
    , vector databases, and embedding models.
  • Proven ability in
    agent fine-tuning
    , performance benchmarking, and scalable deployment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
