Build real, production AI features that power Network Solutions and other Newfold products—clean APIs, reliable agent workflows, and pragmatic RAG that measurably improves SMB customer experiences.

• Ship async APIs in Python (FastAPI) or .NET/C# with DI, typing, tests, and containers.
• Build agentic workflows (tool-calling, structured outputs) using Semantic Kernel or LangChain/LangGraph. 
• Build high throughput and scalable MCP servers for agents
• Implement RAG :  stand up retrieval using Azure AI Search or a vector DB (pgvector/Qdrant/Chroma) and wire it into generation. 
• Integrate multiple LLMs behind a lightweight gateway (e.g., LiteLLM) for A/B, fallbacks, and spend tracking. 
• Observe & improve latency/cost/quality using OpenTelemetry + Langfuse traces/evals. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product/design; write crisp design docs; participate in code reviews.

• 3+ years backend engineering (Python or .NET/C#) with production APIs, testing, and CI/CD.
• 1+ year hands-on GenAI building apps with LLMs (prompting, tool calling, structured outputs). 
• Shipped at least one RAG feature (search + generate) using Azure AI Search or a vector store (e.g., pgvector). 
• Solid SQL/Postgres skills (ORM + migrations), Docker fluency, and clear written/spoken communication.
• Comfortable with 8:30 AM–12:30 PM ET overlap.

• Langfuse dashboards, OTEL traces, cost guardrails for LLM calls. 
• LiteLLM gateway experience (routing, budgets). 
• Queueing/streaming (RabbitMQ/Kafka), basic eval pipelines, or exposure to MCP-style plugins in agent frameworks. 

You'll work on an LLM-agnostic, agent-driven platform with real users at scale—mentored by senior engineers, shipping features that move business metrics (not just demos)
