Reporting to: Group CFO

  1. Semi qualified, CA Inter with 5 to 10 years experience or Mcom with 15 plus years experience

  2. Male candidate from Chennai (10 to 15 kms from Valasaravakkam)

  3. Age : 38 to 45 years

  4. Candidates must have handled Manager post earlier.

5.CV should include Current Gross Salary, Expected Salary and notice period

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Candidate to head 10-member team and must have leadership qualities.
  • Oversee, authorize all statutory compliances and ensure proper remittances & filing of GST, TDS, TCS, PF, ESI etc. Handling statutory departments, address notices
  • He should be well versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), TALLY ERP Prime
  • Ensure day to day vouching of day books. To control & authorize all payables.
  • Prepare Schedule for fixed expenses, monitor budget and provide monthly MIS of Budget versus Actuals. Support management in cost control.
  • Oversee and ensure physical stocks are tallied with TALLY book stocks every month. Schedule monthly Stock taking and provide report.
  • Provide monthly consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet & Schedules of all branches & all companies in stipulated time.
  • Coordination with Auditors for all requirements. Ensure proper closure of Statutory Audit.
  • Co-ordination with banks for their requirement on day-to-day basis. Provide Stock Statements for all units. Ensure renewal of / fresh limits as and when required to complete.
  • Should be able to prepare projected P&L, Balance Sheet & Schedules with CMA data sheet etc
  • Responsibilities & deliverables should be met on time
