Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter cleared) to support our finance and accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in accounting, auditing, taxation, and compliance-related activities while gaining exposure to a wide range of financial operations. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop expertise and advance toward full CA qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements as per statutory requirements.
  • Support statutory, internal, tax, and compliance audits.
  • Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
  • Prepare and review reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, inter-company, etc.).
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
  • Prepare working papers, schedules, and documentation for audits and assessments.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing MIS reports for management.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and tax authorities as required.
  • Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills needed:

  • CA Inter cleared (Semi-Qualified CA).
  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and auditing standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, SAP, or ERP systems preferred).
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience required:

1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or taxation (including articleship).
