As the Manager of Learning & Development, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing learning strategies and programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. This role requires a deep understanding of learning methodologies, talent development, and organizational needs to drive a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Responsibilities: Learning StrategyTraining Design and DeliveryTalent DevelopmentPerformance ManagementLearning TechnologyCompliance and CertificationLearning EvaluationBudget Management Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
