Job designation - Project Manager and project engineer

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • *Project Planning and Execution*: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

  • *Team Management*: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project specifications are met.

  • *Client Communication*: Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.

  • *Quality Control*: Conduct site inspections to ensure work aligns with design specifications and quality standards.

  • *Risk Management*: Identify and mitigate potential risks, troubleshooting problems that arise during the project lifecycle.

  • *Budgeting and Cost Management*: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and adapting to financial changes.

  • *Regulatory Compliance*: Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and brand requirements.¹ ² ³

*Essential Skills:*

  • *Leadership and Team Management*: Ability to lead teams with confidence, providing guidance and support.

  • *Communication and Coordination*: Effective communication and coordination with various teams, departments, and stakeholders.

  • *Problem-Solving and Time Management*: Ability to anticipate issues, think critically, and manage time efficiently.

  • *Industry Knowledge*: Understanding of hospitality trends, standards, and regulations.

  • *Budgeting and Cost Management*: Ability to manage budgets, track expenditures, and adapt to financial changes.

  • *Design and Technical Skills*: Familiarity with design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

*Qualifications:*

  • *Bachelor's Degree*: In interior design, architecture, or a related field.

  • *Experience*: Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience in interiors execution of hotel project or a related field
