Job Description

· Take care of all the Import Export related Activities.

· Manages the import/export process and ensures compliance with foreign government laws and regulations.

· Liasoning with DGFT, Export benefits under various Government Schemes ECGC.

· Expedites the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations, including customs documentation and transportation.

· Oversees the completion of paperwork and monetary transactions associated with international distribution in a timely manner.

· Negotiate with clients or handle issues with customs officials.

· Consultation of the clients regarding insurances, duties and taxes. Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations.

· Search for possibilities to reduce taxes.

· Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities.

· Budget and Manage International Trade and Taxations.

· Resolve the Issue regarding the Export Orders.

· Report to Management on activities and Issue.

· Coordination with the CHA for on-going issues with custom and CFS..

· Correspondence with Import suppliers.

Education

Any graduate & Diploma in Import Export

Having 2-5 years of Experience in relevant field.
