Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Mumbai in our Indirect Taxation vertical. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for daily operations, providing excellent client service, and supporting various business functions. Tasks will include review of monthly compliances, day-to-day client advisory in matters related to tax structuring and handling assessment matters, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will collaborate with different teams to drive strategic initiatives and deliver high-quality services in areas of Due Diligence, Transaction structuring & Legal Advisory.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing client relationships and providing client service
  • Skills in financial analysis, reporting, and project management
  • In-depth knowledge of Indirect taxation such as GST and Customs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Chartered Accountant, LLB, Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • 3 plus years of experience in the consulting or services industry is a plus
