Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and modify 3D CAD models and assemblies with kinematic constraints.
  • Perform motion studies and simulate mechanical movements using CAD software.
  • Analyze mechanisms for interference, clearance, and motion feasibility.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and testing teams to ensure kinematic accuracy.
  • Document design iterations, simulation results, and technical findings.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficiency in CAD software with kinematics modules (
    CATIA V5/V6 DMU Kinematics, NX Motion, Creo Mechanism
    , or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical motion principles and mechanism design.
  • Experience in interference checks, clash analysis, and tolerance considerations.
  • Ability to interpret and create engineering drawings with GD&T.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of DFMEA and design validation processes.
  • Experience in automotive, aerospace, or industrial machinery domain.
  • Familiarity with PLM tools.
