About This Role

Experience: 3 to 7 years
Skills: iOS, SwiftUI, Combine, API

• Write well-designed, efficient code that works across devices.
• Support continuous improvement by staying up-to-date with the rapidly evolving mobile world.
• Develop mission-critical user experiences.
• Actively participate in client meetings.
• Build mobile applications for iOS leveraging the full range of device capabilities.
• Support more junior developers.

• 3 years of professional hands-on iOS Development experience.
• Programming Language: Strong expertise in Swift.
• UI Framework: Proficiency in UIKit (SwiftUI exposure is a plus, but not mandatory).
• MVVM for state management.
• Coordinator Design Pattern for navigation and flow management.
• Concurrency: Hands-on experience with modern concurrency APIs (async/await).
• Reactive Programming: Knowledge of Combine framework (Publisher/Subscriber model).
• Asynchronous Programming: Skilled in handling asynchronous tasks and callbacks.
• Networking: Experience with API integration and handling network responses.
• Dependency Management: Familiarity with dependency injection and modular app design.
• Testing: Unit testing and UI testing experience preferred.
• The ideal candidate will have a 2- or 4-year degree in CS/Engineering, be a bootcamp grad, or be self-taught with practical experience.
• Built apps using: SwiftUI and Objective-C.
• An understanding of design and the ability to fill gaps, for example if a design doesnt cover all screen sizes or if a design isnt consistent.
• Be willing to work with the latest iOS tools and technologies.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with platforms other than iOS; specifically Android or React Native would be a bonus.
• Willingness to learn and work with React Native and other technologies beyond native iOS development.
• Worked in an Agile development environment, specifically SCRUM, is preferred.
• Should have a good understanding of information security procedures (such as information security incident reporting) and baseline controls (such as password security, malware controls, and clear desks).
