- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders; manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel; ensure executives are fully prepared for meetings, including gathering necessary materials and documentation.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of key projects and initiatives; track progress and ensure timely completion.
- Document Management: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents; maintain organized filing systems for confidential information.
- Event Planning: Coordinate company events, conferences, and meetings, including logistics, catering, and travel.
- Research: Conduct research on behalf of executives, gathering data and preparing summaries for decision-making.
- General Office Administration: Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring the workplace runs efficiently.
