Education Dr / Paramedic

Experience: X+ years of experience in data analytics, with a significant portion in the healthcare domain (e.g., hospitals, payers, medical technology companies).

Technical Skills:

Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and/or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning.

Databases: Expert-level SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.

Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).

Big Data Technologies (Preferred): Familiarity with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Statistical Modeling & Machine Learning: Solid understanding of statistical concepts, regression analysis, classification, clustering, time-series analysis, and various machine learning algorithms.

RPA Tools (Preferred): Experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

Healthcare Domain Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) processes, including claims, coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), billing, and denials.

Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical workflows, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance (e.g., HIPAA, payer policies).

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
