Job Summary
:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting both internal teams and clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and hands-on experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address accounting needs and queries
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Coordinate with team members to collect and organize sales and purchase invoices
  • Prepare and manage VAT working files to ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Maintain company books accurately using Zoho Books accounting software
  • Generate invoices promptly and ensure timely completion of all accounting tasks
  • Lead and guide the accounting team to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld

Requirements
:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven hands-on experience with Zoho Books (preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve deadlines and deliverables
