Role Description

-Should be a Technical Specialist in Automotive Trim Components and ability to provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team

-Should have completed at least 8+ New Product Development project in Trims (Door Trim/ IP / Console)

-Strong Knowledge on plastic product Assembly and manufacturing process and Tooling

-Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

-Good at GDT

-Aid team improving the performance and efficiency of existing product design

-Should be proactive and anticipate changes on a component/process

-Lead the team to meet the deliverables

-Excellent Catia V5/V6 Skills

-Able to interact, analyze and create parts as per design Rules & requirements.

-Should be able to understand and willing to work under any challenging and tough environments

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
