Key Responsibilities

  • Input and update data into our databases and systems with a high level of accuracy.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks.
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and security.
  • Respond to data inquiries and provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management software.
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • No prior experience is required; however, candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience in data entry or related fields will be preferred.
