Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an SD Analyst at our Udaipur location. The SD Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and resolving issues within the support domain, providing technical assistance, managing service requests, and maintaining system documentation. Additionally, the SD Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in system analysis and technical support
  • Skills in issue resolution and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in managing and documenting service requests
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in digital transformation or IT consulting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
