About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior LLM Engineer
with strong expertise in transformer-based NLP models and hands-on experience in building, fine-tuning, and deploying state-of-the-art language models. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge in large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and modern NLP frameworks to design, optimize, and deliver AI-powered solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize
    transformer-based models
    (GPT, BERT, T5, RoBERTa) for various NLP tasks.
  • Implement and improve solutions for
    text generation, summarization, question answering, classification, and translation.
  • Perform fine-tuning of pre-trained models
    and build effective
    prompt engineering strategies
    (zero-shot, few-shot, instruction-based, chain-of-thought, etc.).
  • Work on
    tokenization strategies, embeddings, and attention mechanisms
    to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
  • Deploy NLP models into
    production environments
    , ensuring scalability, low latency, and robustness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Product Managers) to define requirements and deliver high-performance solutions.
  • Conduct experiments, benchmarking, and performance evaluations using metrics such as
    BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity, and F1-score.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLMs, NLP architectures, and generative AI research.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a knowledge-sharing culture in the AI/ML team.
