Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications and internal tools that support our sales, product catalog, and customer engagement systems. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across both frontend and backend technologies, from crafting intuitive user interfaces to building scalable backend systems and APIs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

  • Proficiency in Frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript , or Angular preferred).

  • Strong Backend development experience: , , Django, or similar frameworks.

  • Experience with Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

  • Familiarity with Version Control Systems: Git/GitHub/GitLab.

  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and web security best practices.

  • Brief knowledge and understanding of various RTOS Platforms and Compilers for eg. Codesys 3.5

  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications and tools.

  • Build intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly UI/UX interfaces for internal and external users.

  • Develop robust RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.

  • Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to store, retrieve, and manage data efficiently.

  • Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

  • Maintain code quality, write unit tests, and participate in code reviews.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the stack.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).

  • Experience building dashboards or analytics tools.
