Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead Agentic AI Architect with strong expertise in Generative AI, agentic AI systems, and Azure cloud architecture, focused on building compliant AI solutions for pharmaceutical workflows and regulatory processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build Azure-native agentic AI solutions for HPLC method validation, protocol generation, and pharma workflows.
- Lead hands-on development using Claude Code for rapid AI prototyping and implementation.
- Develop advanced RAG systems and intelligent document processing pipelines using LangGraph, LangMem, and LlamaIndex.
- Establish LLM evaluation and testing frameworks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and regulatory alignment.
- Fine-tune Azure OpenAI GPT-5 models for pharmaceutical terminology and scientific accuracy.
- Architect integrations with Veeva Vault, Egnyte, and LIMS.
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical scientists on AI-driven method optimization.Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years overall experience, with 10+ years in AI/ML and 4+ years in agentic AI & LLM systems.
- 2+ years in Generative AI with at least one Agentic AI implementation.
- Strong expertise in Advanced RAG, LangGraph, LangMem, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI GPT-5, text-embedding-3-large, Azure AI services.
- Hands-on experience with LlamaIndex (LlamaParse, LlamaExtract).
- Strong background in LLM evaluation (LangGraph evals, Agent evals, DeepEval).
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulations (FDA, EMA, ICH).
- Strong Azure architecture experience; certification preferred.
