Responsibilities:
- Partner and collaborate with the U.S. Pricing & Commercial Enablement team in managing overall firmwide efforts to transition away from time & material pricing and deliver value-oriented market strategies.
- Support the development and implementation of modern pricing programs, including fixed fee, value-based, and performance-based pricing models.
- Assist in drafting, editing, and maintaining internal communication assets such as pricing microsite content, leadership updates, newsletters, and program announcements.
- Develop and maintain enablement materials for pricing tools and programs, including user guides, quick reference guides (QRGs), FAQs, and training documentation.
- Contribute to the creation of executive-level presentation materials that distill complex ideas into structured, visually compelling formats for senior stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage project plans, track key milestones, and support status reporting for strategic pricing initiatives.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to evaluate pricing opportunities, improve margin performance, or inform strategic direction; synthesize findings into recommendations for senior leadership.
- Leverage Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Alteryx, and SharePoint to support strategic initiatives, change adoption metrics, internal reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Contribute to special ad hoc projects across the Pricing & Commercial Enablement team as needed.
