Key Responsibilities:

  1. Static Application Security Testing (SAST):

  2. Perform code-level security assessments using tools such as SonarQube, Checkmarx, or Fortify.

  3. Analyze results, identify vulnerabilities, and provide actionable remediation guidance to development teams.

  4. Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST):

  5. Coordinate with external vendors for DAST activities and track closure of identified vulnerabilities.

  6. Review and validate fixes to ensure resolution of reported issues.

  7. Reporting & Documentation:

  8. Prepare detailed security assessment reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

  9. Maintain documentation of testing processes, findings, and closure activities.

  10. Client & Stakeholder Management:

  11. Lead and participate in security review calls with clients and internal teams.

  12. Communicate technical findings in a clear, concise manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  13. Technical Competency (Good To have ) :

  14. Leverage knowledge of Java or other programming languages to perform code reviews and understand application logic.

  15. Contribute to secure coding practices and developer awareness initiatives.
