Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design print advertisements for newspapers, magazines, hoardings, and brochures for various real estate projects.
  • Translate marketing briefs into compelling visual layouts aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Develop project branding collaterals such as site signage, standees, flyers, pamphlets, inserts, folders, and corporate profiles.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for project launches, offers, and campaign themes to develop creative concepts.
  • Work closely with printers, vendors, and media agencies to ensure output quality, correct dimensions, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain consistency in fonts, color palettes, and messaging across various media formats.
  • Collaborate with digital designers and content writers for integrated campaigns (if needed).
  • Stay updated with real estate ad trends and regional consumer preferences.

Key Skills:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (mandatory)
  • Strong experience in newspaper ad layouts, brochure design, and hoarding creatives
  • Understanding of real estate marketing communication and consumer appeal
  • Typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy for print
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
  • Eye for detail and layout aesthetics
  • Exposure to print production standards and file formats
  • Creativity with a commercial mindset

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
  • 2-7 years of relevant design experience (real estate or agency background preferred)
  • A strong portfolio of print-based real estate creatives is required
