Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Consultant located in Kannur. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for organizing and leading guided tours, providing excellent customer service, consulting clients on travel plans, and ensuring a high standard of travel experiences. Daily tasks include planning itineraries, coordinating travel arrangements, and responding to client inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guided Tours and Travel Consulting
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in relevant travel booking software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
