Bartender/Waitress

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender / Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, create and serve drinks, take food and beverage orders, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining and bar experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present menus in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks according to standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the bar and tables.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate (specials, signature cocktails, desserts).
• Handle customer complaints or issues with a positive attitude.
• Process payments (cash, card, or digital) and issue receipts.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Restock bar supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender, waiter, or in a customer-facing F&B role.
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Basic food and beverage service knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in bartending or F&B service is a plus.

Pay: ₹8, ₹30,000.00 per month
