Core Purpose:

Were looking for a hands-on engineer who can design, build, and deploy full-stack applications using C#, .NET, and Angular, while effectively leveraging AI tools like Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI agents to speed up development, improve code quality, and create intelligent user experiences.

This is not a "task executor" role — it's for someone who thrives on innovation, learns rapidly, and loves exploring how AI can transform the software development process.

Key Technical Skill Sets

  1. Backend Engineering (C# / .NET)

  2. Strong command over C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework

  3. Experience with RESTful API design and integration
  4. Understanding of asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and middleware pipeline
  5. Proficiency in PostgreSQL / SQL Server, query optimization, and ORM usage

  6. Familiarity with microservices, API gateways, and cloud deployment (Azure preferred)

  7. Frontend Engineering (Angular)

  8. Solid understanding of Angular 16+ (or latest), TypeScript, and RxJS

  9. Building dynamic and reusable UI components (PrimeNG, Tailwind, or similar)
  10. Integration of REST APIs and real-time data updates using SignalR or WebSockets

  11. Experience with Highcharts or similar visualization libraries is a plus

  12. AI and Automation Tools

  13. Practical experience using AI-powered development tools such as:

  14. Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Code Interpreter, or Replit Ghostwriter

  15. Familiarity with LangChain / OpenAI API / Ollama / local LLMs for AI agent development

  16. Understanding how to use AI to:

  17. Generate boilerplate code, tests, and documentation

  18. Automate routine development tasks

  19. Integrate AI agents into applications (chatbots, recommendation systems, or task automation)

  20. DevOps and Workflow

  21. Experience using Git / GitHub / GitLab workflows

  22. Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
  23. Containerization using Docker

  24. Comfortable with local development + cloud environments

  25. Mindset & Personality Traits

  26. Self-motivated and genuinely curious about emerging AI technologies

  27. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  28. Comfortable learning independently and sharing knowledge with the team
  29. Passion for building from scratch and improving existing systems
  30. Thrives in a startup-like environment with minimal hand-holding
  31. Communicates clearly — both written and verbal

Preferred Academic Background

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or
  • MCA (Master of Computer Applications)

Bonus (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI)
  • Prior exposure to CRM / ERP / FSM systems
  • Knowledge of SignalR, Azure Service Bus, or Event-Driven Architecture
  • Interest in contributing to AI-powered productivity or workflow automation tools
