Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update detailed trackers for all project approvals, NOCs, licenses, and statutory documents.
  • Ensure timely recording of submission and approval dates for documents from authorities such as CMDA, DTCP, RERA, PCB, etc.
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on approval status, pending actions, and escalation needs.
  • Coordinate with liaison executives and project teams to gather real-time information for report updates.
  • Digitize and organize all project-related liaison documents for easy access and retrieval.
  • Ensure version control and proper filing of government communication and submissions.
  • Assist in preparing supporting documents, checklists, and follow-up letters for approval processes.
  • Identify delays or gaps in approval processes and highlight them in reports for management review.
